Western Sydney University and the Benevolent Society will present a travelling exhibition of photographs documenting the recovery stories of people living with complex mental illness.
Stories of Recovery from the Bush is the result of a research partnership between the Benevolent Society, Western Sydney University and Western NSW Partners in Recovery.
The exhibition presents the outcomes of the project, in which participants from across western NSW, including Mudgee, Dubbo, Coonamble, Wellington, Rylstone and Baradine captured their experiences and recovery journey through photography and storytelling.
